The journal is intentionally broader and more narrative than the organized knowledgebase. New finds can start here, then get promoted into condition objects or canonical pages when they become important.

Promote a journal item into the organized knowledgebase when it is:
- directly relevant to a top-level condition object;
- a repeated anecdotal pattern;
- a new or updated protocol, coach, clinician, influencer, or method;
- a plausible mechanism worth tracking;
- a safety signal or contradiction;
- a useful clinician question;
- or something Paul is likely to want to revisit.
